As a Social Secretary, you will work with:

• investigating and assessing the right to financial assistance
• leading change work towards self-sufficiency together with the individual
• motivating, supporting, and creating conditions for sustainable change
• building relationships in the meeting with the individual
• collaborating with internal and external actors

The work is based on legislation and knowledge support and is characterized by a professional approach where the individual's resources and opportunities are in focus.

Perhaps you already work within financial assistance or come from another area within social work. The most important thing for us is that you share our vision for the future of social services and see yourself as an active and contributing employee. You are attracted by development rather than the management of old routines and see opportunities in change and innovation. You appreciate personal responsibility and professional discretion and want to be part of an organization that does not wait for the future - but builds it. You are a social worker or have another academic education that the employer considers equivalent. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have a good ability to create and develop relationships. Collaboration is a natural success factor for you.
